Booking
Please download, print, complete and sign this booking form and send it with a deposit of £20 per person or full payment if the booking is made within four weeks of your course. All bookings are confirmed by us in writing and will be sent with details of your start time, where to meet us and what to bring.
The Booking form is available to download in the folowing formats. Right click and choose "Save as" to copy to your computer.

Surfers Names and Declaration
The surfers names and declaration is to be completed by all course members before they will be allowed to participate in any course. For group bookings, signatures of all course members can be completed at surf school prior to course if this is more convenient. If the course member is under 18 years old consent must be given and the form signed by a parent or guardian.
